Exporting 21,100 accessory sets across two controlled shipment lots.

Lower-value accessories still create real operational risk at volume. ARBO's China-side lead coordinated supplier contracts, production evidence, export documentation and freight handover across two glass-straw lots while managing repeat mixer procurement in parallel.

01 · Contract

Accessory suppliers were managed as accountable production partners.

Purchase quantities, deposits, production timing and supplier documents were tracked separately for straws and mixers instead of being buried inside the main product programme.

02 · Release

Production completion did not automatically mean shipment approval.

Third-party inspections, report handling, sample-reference limitations and packaging-compliance questions were followed before release decisions were reported as complete.

03 · Export

Two lots moved with matched commercial and customs records.

Packing lists, commercial invoices and customs records covered 11,600 sets in one lot and 9,500 in the second. Repeat mixer planning and new direct-factory searches continued alongside shipment execution.

Substantiated operating evidence

Operational discipline should follow the risk, not the unit price.

This is team operating experience led by ARBO's sourcing lead while acting as the China-side procurement operator for an overseas consumer brand. Client and supplier identities are withheld.

PO control
Separate supplier contracts, deposits, production milestones and quantities were maintained across repeat orders.
Inspection trail
Completed mixer and straw batches were inspected, with report status kept separate from unsupported quality claims.
Shipment handover
Two export records covered 11,600 and 9,500 sets, with quantities aligned across packing, invoice and customs documentation.
Supplier renewal
New straw options were screened for direct-factory status, price and sample fit before selection.

Team operating experience led by ARBO's sourcing lead, not presented as a separately contracted ARBO client engagement. Exact brand, supplier and shipment details remain confidential.
