A weekly update linking each open item to its evidence, next action, owner and buyer decision. Missing evidence stays marked as missing; a supplier update is not treated as independent onsite verification.
You keep control
You decide on supplier selection, payment and order release. We agree the active work, reporting rhythm and capacity before starting.
You can discuss China Procurement Office directly. A sourcing project is not a prerequisite. Engagement terms are confirmed in the written scope.

Two fictional records illustrate separate checks, not a single project timeline. The quote comparison assumes the stated specification; the sample record tests whether the received item matches it.
01 · Quote-only comparison
B: CNY 1,100 A: CNY 1,200
In the quote record, B includes equivalent protective packing and A quotes it separately. B is lower for this stated scope; freight, duties, taxes and other unquoted costs remain outside the comparison. Neither route is approved by this price comparison.
02 · Separate sample check
Brief: 24 cm. Sample: 20 cm.
Received sample is 20 cm, not 24 cm. In the sample record, B is on hold. If this mismatch arose on your purchase, the 24 cm quote and sample would need reconfirmation; the price difference might change.
03 · Next approved action
Reconfirm the quote before arranging another sample.
ARBO would request written confirmation of the 24 cm specification, packing, price and timing, then record changes against the original quote. A matching sample would be arranged after the buyer agrees its cost and timing. The buyer reviews the updated offer and evidence before deciding whether to proceed or hold.
