The paid decision

Presence is valuable when it changes the next decision.

ARBO does more than translate a conversation. We prepare the buying agenda, work beside the client or attend on the client's behalf, capture comparable commercial facts and keep the viable supplier conversations moving after the visit.

Use this when

  1. 01

You are attending a trade show in China or Hong Kong and need buyer-side help in the room.

  2. 02

You have suppliers or factories to visit and need structured meetings, evidence and follow-up.

  3. 03

You cannot attend in person but need ARBO to cover an exhibition, meeting or urgent supplier issue for you.

  4. 04

You need business interpretation connected to sourcing judgement, not a stand-alone translation service.

Support workflow

Three phases. One accountable handover.

01

Prepare the assignment

Confirm the product, commercial priorities and decisions the visit must support, then build the target agenda, questions and evidence fields.

02

Qualify and record onsite

Join the buyer or attend on their behalf, handling bilingual discussion while recording identity, route, price, MOQ, lead time, samples and unresolved gaps.

03

Move the decision forward

Issue the decision record, clarify open points and move selected suppliers into samples, negotiation, verification or an ongoing procurement workstream.

Buyer-owned outputs

The work ends with usable assets, not a verbal update.

Scope and extensions

Separately scoped

  • Targeted supplier search before the visit
  • Additional onsite days or intercity travel
  • Sample consolidation, evaluation and dispatch
  • Formal audit, inspection or specialist coordination
  • Post-visit sourcing sprint or procurement office
Operating boundary

Business interpretation is included only within the agreed procurement assignment. Travel, transport, accommodation, tickets and other third-party costs are separately approved. ARBO can coordinate official registration steps and providers but does not guarantee badges, invitations or visas, sell travel packages, or replace accredited auditors, engineers, laboratories, legal advisers or market-authorisation owners.
