Privacy notice
Clear handling of your sourcing information.
Effective 25 August 2026
What we collect
When you submit a sourcing brief or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, company, market, product category, order size, commercial timing, product links and the project details you choose to provide. We also record the page and campaign source that led to the inquiry.
Do not send government identifiers, payment card details, health records or other sensitive personal information through the website.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess project fit, respond to your request, prepare or discuss paid work, manage our sales process, prevent abuse and improve which services and pages are useful to prospective buyers.
We rely on your request and consent, steps requested before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing a business-to-business sourcing service.
Who receives it
Access is limited to ARBO personnel and service providers used to host the website, store inquiries and deliver transactional email. We do not sell inquiry data. We do not share a buyer's project brief with a factory until the work requires it and the commercial scope permits it.
International handling
ARBO operates from Guangzhou and Hong Kong and serves buyers internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in China, Hong Kong and countries where our hosting and email providers operate. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Retention
We normally retain sourcing inquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may retain records longer when needed for an active project, legal obligation, dispute or fraud prevention. You may ask us to delete an inactive inquiry earlier.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email inquiries@arboprocurement.com and include enough information for us to identify the inquiry.
Website measurement
The site records first-touch landing page, referrer and campaign parameters in your browser so they can be attached to a brief you submit. It also keeps aggregated daily counts of page views, contact-button clicks, form starts and completed inquiries, grouped by page, source and campaign.
ARBO does not attach names, email addresses, advertising IDs or a cross-site visitor profile to these website measurement counts. Browser or hosting infrastructure may also process technical logs needed for security and delivery.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
