Full-size metal dog crates are expensive and slow to move internationally. ARBO kept the first decision stage in China: assembling, measuring and testing two samples while the buyer inspected the details through fluent live English communication.
Two people assembled both samples, recorded real dimensions and checked instructions, supplied tools, panel fit, screws, locks, doors and packaging instead of judging the samples only when finished.
ARBO demonstrated assembly, locks, hardware, tolerances, dimensions and observed issues in fluent English, answering the buyer's questions in real time instead of reducing the work to a photo folder.
Vehicle fit, anti-slip performance and the material issues found during assembly were recorded so the buyer could decide what to correct, inspect in person or eventually ship abroad.
Substantiated operating evidence
The buyer's written feedback praised the structure of the information and the clarity of ARBO's recommendations. The work let the buyer compare quality without first importing several bulky samples.
Sample-stage inspection and buyer communication, not product certification or final engineering approval. International sample freight may still be used after the buyer selects a route.
