Selected work · Skincare sourcing & sampling

Turning twenty factory conversations into six samples shipped overseas.

6samples shipped overseas

An overseas skincare founder needed a clean-formula face cream, premium airless packaging, a startup-friendly MOQ and documentation that could support an EU regulatory review. ARBO converted that brief into physical options the buyer could test.

01 · Search

A demanding brief reached twenty manufacturers.

ARBO translated the target texture, active ingredients, free-from list, airless packaging, MOQ and EU-document needs into one supplier-ready brief, then managed outreach and clarification across twenty manufacturers.

02 · Qualify

Ten routes survived the commercial and technical screen.

Formula fit, texture, packaging, price, MOQ, sample timing and available documentation were normalised so the buyer could compare credible routes instead of reading twenty incompatible sales replies.

03 · Sample

Six physical samples crossed the final distance to the buyer.

ARBO coordinated sample collection and international delivery, then returned formula inconsistencies and documentation questions to factory engineers as the buyer compared texture and formula direction.
