China Factory Visit & Supplier Meeting Support

Prepare the factory questions, accompany the buyer or attend on the buyer's behalf, and turn what is seen and agreed onsite into a usable commercial and risk record.

Useful onsite evidence connects supplier claims to the process and the agreed specification.

Use this when

The meeting matters after everyone leaves the room.

  1. 01

You have shortlisted factories but need to see how they actually manufacture, control and communicate.

  2. 02

You are visiting suppliers in China and want bilingual buyer-side meeting and negotiation support.

  3. 03

You cannot travel but need an onsite meeting, evidence capture or urgent supplier follow-up.

  4. 04

You need the factory's commitments, deviations and next actions documented after the visit.

One continuous buying assignment

Before. In the room. After.

01Before

Prepare the visit around the decision

Review the product, quote, supplier claims and open risks; issue the agenda, evidence requests and commercial questions before arrival.

02Onsite

Connect the meeting to factory reality

Accompany or represent the buyer, walk the relevant process, clarify responsibilities and record permitted evidence without overstating a visual check.

03After

Document the decision and follow-up

Summarise findings, commitments, gaps and corrective actions; continue samples, quotations, verification or negotiation where approved.

Buyer-owned output

Not a day of attendance. A usable decision record.

Interpretation supports the work, but the paid result is comparable supplier information, visible gaps and named next actions.

Continue with the same buyer-side team

The visit is an entry point, not a hand-off.

Operating boundary

A buyer-side visit is not automatically a formal factory audit or product inspection. Accredited audits, engineering validation, laboratory testing, legal due diligence and final quality release require separately qualified owners. Travel and third-party costs are approved before work begins.
