Additional capacity, urgent after-hours response, physical inspections, travel, testing and specialist work require a written change order. ARBO is not the manufacturer, accredited inspection body, importer of record, legal adviser or approval authority.

ARBO is paid by the buyer and does not earn a hidden supplier commission or order-value margin. Supplier identities and original quotations remain visible, and ARBO represents the buyer's commercial position rather than reselling the goods.

The base scope covers up to two concurrent programmes and five active suppliers, including bilingual action ownership, milestone and issue tracking, a weekly status report, escalation follow-up and a monthly supplier review. Travel, physical inspection, testing and specialist work are scoped separately.
