01

Objects & wall art

Vases, decorative pieces, framed art and sculptural wall objects. Compare dimensions, finish, per-design MOQ and packing.

02

Frames & components

Frame mouldings, backboards and related parts. Separate profile, material, finish and cut length before requesting quotes.

03

Decorative materials

Fabrics and printable substrates. Confirm composition, width and surface; use physical samples and print trials to judge suitability.

Anonymised work example · September–October 2026

The exhibition was the start, not the handover.

For an art and decor buyer, exhibition research became separate supplier follow-ups for decorative objects, frame components and printable fabric.

Documented work

From product references to buying details

Supplier catalogues were screened, sample charges compared and fabric pricing, production timing and packing details requested. Frame backing options were brought back to the buyer for review.

Selection, print trials and order approval

Decor selection, fabric sample feedback and printing suitability still needed buyer confirmation. Supplier estimates were not treated as an approved order or a completed hotel installation.

Project scope and design rights

ARBO supports sourcing and supplier execution, not turnkey hotel fit-out or installation. Furniture requirements are assessed separately. Protected designs require authorised sourcing or original development; a reference image is not permission to copy. Product safety, installation requirements and final design acceptance remain with the buyer and qualified specialists.

A project list is enough to start.
